We can take on the role of Principal Designer under CDM 2015, taking on all the responsibilities to ease the pressure on our clients and providing a full turnkey solution. We manage full costs with a team of experienced project managers to ease the burden and guide you through the process every step of the way.
What We Do
We offer budget control to keep every phase of the project accountable, alongside detailed site surveys to ground the design in reality.
We deliver from concept to completion, manage building control approvals, and act as Principal Designer, taking on the responsibilities so you don’t have to.
How We Work
We will carefully map out the project into phases step by step. These phases will then be carefully scheduled, giving you set deadlines. Black Ivy is responsible for all phases of works, from design to project planning to construction to Health and Safety.
Our clients are welcome to be involved however much or little you desire and will liaise with the project manager. We endeavour to make our designs as sustainable as possible, educating our clients, and we only choose suppliers who are striving to hit net zero.
